How Does it Work?

1. Customer Books Laundry Service: Customer schedules a laundry service through our platform.

2. Customer Segregates Laundry: Customer separates their laundry and place it in bags according to how they want it washed (e.g., separate loads for colors, whites, delicate items).

3. Pickup by Evening: Your washer picks up the laundry between 6 - 9 PM on the same day at the customer's doorstep.

4. Weighing and Estimate: The washer weighs each laundry bag and provides a cost estimate. There is a minimum weight or order value, depending on the type and speed of services requested; customers are charged this minimum even if their order is below this minimum requirement.

5. Washing, Fluffing, Folding, Packing: The washer processes the laundry, including washing, fluffing, folding, and packing it for delivery.

6. Payment: The customer pays for the service. Meanwhile, the washer schedules the delivery.

7. Deliver Fresh Laundry: The washer drops off the freshly cleaned laundry to the customer's doorstep between 6 - 9 PM 2 days after pickup date.
